Although there were some fluffy cute moments between Oh Soo and Oh Young, this ep was mostly sad and too melodramatic; In this ep, we became sure that Oh Soo is ready to die and doesn't care about his own faith, from now on, he will only care about Oh Young. And why do I get this idea that Secretary Wang knows Oh Soo? Maybe his mother? I mean the scene where she saw the orphanage's file she seemed weird and she even memorized the scar in Oh Soo's chest, that means that she knew him when he was a little! That would be an interesting plot twist if it came true! Finally, the last scene was epic! I understand why would Oh Soo do that but I am not okay with Oh Young having feelings for her brother, it's true they're not real siblings but she doesn't know that! A bucket of tears Oh dear lord this episode is filled with emotions. It just made me keep on crying and crying as so many confrontations happened. Man, this episode was one heavily packed emotion bundle. So many things confronted, so many truths came out. But dayum, that Wang lady. What is precisely in her mind?! What is it behind her that stands there like a shadow, yet she really seems to care, but I just can't put my finger on it why there is such an attachement, when she seems to incredibly cold. Dayum, that character is way more complex than any other. Yet, some hints here and there do keep me wondering. And dear lord, Jin Sung is incredibly reckless I must say. A BIt Chance Based on the scene with the lady doctor, where she hardly had an eye blink looking into the brain film I believe there is a bit chance that Youngie will live with the brain surgery. In the last 5 seconds of her look, she quite gave a bit smile. I think Mrs. Wang will buy out Oh Soo with his debt because Oh Soo might be her son as what I understood in this episode. Pandora's box Just almost everything we been waiting for gets revealed in this ep. So much happened in this ep, but one thing i'm most happy about is Oh Young finally realizing her love for her brother isnt a normal sibling love. In this ep we get to see how much each character cares for one another, as well as how far they would go for their loved one. And one more thing the perfect ending which made me wish for the next ep!
